VII Iberoamerican Congress of Development and Environment (CISDA) 2015 "Aplicações da Economia Ecológica nas Políticas Públicas Latino-americanas"

8 to 11 of September of 2015 - Araraquara-SP, Brazil.

State university Of Sao Paulo (UNESP) – Campus of Araraquara

The objective of the meeting is to promote an approximation of the studies and inquiries in the field of the Ecological Economics to strategies and politics for the management of sustainability in the context of the public sector, the private sector (enterprises and business associations) and of non-governmental organizations. We are observing the aggravation of environmental problems in Brazil, in Latin America, and in the whole world. Addressing these challenges requires urgent, integrated actions, built on the basis of joint scientific-academic and environmental management competences of both public and private actors. So, in this joint event ECOECO XI and CISDA VII 2015, we intend to bring Ecological Economics nearer to the experiences and recommendations for sustainability policy.
